I've watched Survivor since halfway through season 2. Amanda deserved to WIN both her seasons!
This season, she needed to say: 1. I was true to my alliance, and when Ozzy got voted out without my knowing it was coming, I stayed true to James and tried to keep our alliance alive. Unfortunately, James left for medical reasons. I had to think fast, couldn't show my true feelings, and just rolled with it - with the girls' alliance. It was tough and it took a lot for me to swallow my pride, but I had to keep the target off my back. 2. Parvati's been under the radar, comfortable with two alliances, for weeks. Parvati may have told people they were in alliances together, but the truth is, she was just covering her bases. She had no intention of keeping her word to anyone but me. 3. For several weeks, only Cirie and I have been strategizing. When Cirie wondered aloud if Erik would give Natalie immunity, I jumped on the idea. Together, Cirie and I devised the complete plan to get Erik out. I had to bring Parvati to the end, not Cirie, because (a) we had an alliance and (b) Cirie was my main rival as a strategic player. 4. I have not resorted to being mean in this game. Instead, I played hard in the challenges and won when I had to. I kept my mouth shut when other people bashed each other because that's just not me. Too bad she didn't win the $100,000 popularity vote. I hope, in the very least, that when Parvati did the morning show circuit, Amanda and Ozzy were happily cuddled up somewhere, sound asleep. It was a great season, but did mean girls really need an endorsement?
