"i dont think the producers want aaron out of the show, maybe its james they want to rid of in the twist.. but his fear of leslie having alliances with fellow christians in the zhan hu tribe backfired at him. he engineered her being voted off... remember.. its sad to see the good ones go and the nasty ones stay( todd, james and amanda)... just wrong wrong wrong.. it would be a delight to see him in the final four or even winning survivor.... "

I don't think that the producers thought about the negative implications of their twist as it literally wound up in the ouster of one of the strongest players in the game or a player that is getting the highest approval rating of any player.

Oh oh.... I smell a disagreement here..... I don't see Todd, James, Amanda, or Aaron as "nasty" at all. Up to now Todd and Amanda have played hard and James has seems destinated to be there as I thought that he was dead meat. I still don't get why Jaime and PG did not throw the second challenge too. Following their rationale, that would have taken 2 additional people from the opposite team before the merger. great strategy and unfiltered interviews that make the show.

None of these players have yet to step on anyone hard to remain in the game. With regard to Aaron's concern about Leslie and her fellow Christians, I think that he made a masterful choice. Not only was that alliance a possibility, but even more importantly, it was clear that Leslie did not know how to play the game nor be part of a strong alliance. This was proven when she was kidnapped as being a team player at that point was critical and she should have been there to listen more than to reveal. I don't think she meant any harm, but not playing the game. So "nasty" versus "good" not determined yet as to me is who plays the game in the best way possible by not needlessly hurting anyone just for kicks. JR is the closest but not there in my book yet
