I always really like these episodes with the loved ones, it always gives me that good feeling inside for the Survivors to see the people who they care about so much. It gets me emotional sometimes just sitting there watching it on TV.
But anyway, Denise and her husband won the reward of a boat ride, food and a phone call from home. Denise then picked Todd, Amanda and their loved ones to join them. But during this when Todd saw his sister, his sister said their older sister was pregnant but had a miscarriage and lost the baby. As Courtney said later on, it did remind you a bit of Jonny Fairplay's grandmother lie from Survivor: Pearl Islands. I did think this story from Todd though was legitimate, I do believe him. After the loved ones said goodbye, then came one of the most important Immunity Challenges to date. Against all odds, Peih-Gee once again won Immunity keeping herself alive. She's definitely beating the odds. At this point, I knew Erik would be going home. But of course Erik and Peih-Gee were trying to get Denise on their side to force a tie and it still seemed really up in the air on what she would do. But at Tribal Council, the Fei Long alliance stuck together as Erik was voted out in a 4-2 vote and became the fifth member of the jury. It was expected he would go, so I wasn't surprised. I'm definitely getting excited as the finale draws closer, it's bound to be entertaining. See you next week! |

This is the first season of survivor that I am not rooting for any of them. It doesn't even matter if I miss an episode. I dislike them all! Such a nasty bunch of people and many so difficult to look at week after week. (Can Courtney get any skinnier without dieing?) I know the network likes to put mean people in the group to try and make good television, but these people are just a bunch of whining back stabbers, and as a result the show is really awful.
I have been a faithful survivor fan since the first season, but this may be my last. |
