Wow, what an explosive finale and an explosive jury.
I had a feeling Dreamz wouldn't stick with his deal with Yau-Man, especially during the Final Immunity Challenge where it was down to those two and he didn't step down. The Final Tribal Council was entertaining with the jury being so bitter. Cassandra and Dreamz got hammered but Earl was hardly hammered at all, that's when I knew he was going to win. Huge congrats Earl, enjoy the million bucks! Well, that closes the book on Survivor: Fiji. I've enjoyed being here on this wiki and the Survivor: Fiji Message Boards for this season. Hopefully we can do it again for Survivor: China because I really enjoy it. In the meantime during the summer, you can catch me on the wiki and message boards for Pirate Master which I'm looking forward to watching. Also if CBS decides to make message boards and/or a wiki for Big Brother 8, I'll be there too! Thanks everyone, it's been a blast! See you in the fall for Survivor: China! |

Either the jury was purposely wanting to give the Final 3 a hard time or there was another side too Cassandra that we never got to see. I was also surprised how much Cassandra bashing was going on; I mean, I could understand the negative comments directed to Dreamz (in light of his betrayal upon Yau) but Cassandra?
Aside from that, much props to Earl for being THE first Survivor winner to sweep every single jury vote. All in all, Survivor: Fiji was a solid, great, epic season. A cast of characters that did not disappoint and a worthy and deserving winner! |

Did anybody else notice the overwhelmingly negative attitudes/questions of the jury last night? I though Alex and Lisi were especially rude and I bet they are just like that in real life.
I mean EVERY past Survivor Jury usually has one or two people who wanna "bash" instead of "ask," but it seemed to me last night that we had an overabundance of people with an axe to grind. Say what you want about the final three, but they made it there. I saw next to NO RESPECT for that from the jury. The way Cassandra was treated was especially deplorable, even though I agree with the fact that she didn't deserve the million. Anyway, just wondering what everyone's take is about the jury. |
