Being an Army Sergeant in charge of more than 100 men, you would have expected Jerry to be a physical threat & a leader, but neither rang true. Jerry caught some sort of bug or flu that caused him to be sick and the easy target for tribal council as he wasn't able to pull his weight in the two previous challenges.

Assuming Jerry was ill and might have overcome it with a couple more days rest, should he have been voted off? Is the team really stronger without him?
