I think by not showing the respect that was asked of her from the start showed she was not a team player..

Leslie was being true to her faith. No matter how Survivor tried to sugar coat the ceremony it was based on Buddist worship. It was disrespectful of Survivor to try and persuade someone they knew had a strong belief to participate in the ceremony. It should have been explained to Leslie and they should have given her a chance to stay back from the ceremony. But to tell everyone it was not worship was a line of crap. They knew exactly what they were doing which is why the whole non worship speech was done in the first place. They got the drama they were hoping for. I say "Good for you Leslie! I wouldn't have done it either. Not even for a million dollars."
