Episode 1 Recap:
Survivor: Tulua started with dividing the 16 contestants into 4 tribes of 4. Clay was already pointing out everyone's flaws at Bogota. But he liked Corinne's strategy so he offered an alliance with her, her answer was unknown. At Cauca, Christy was already having trouble communicating and feeling like a big outcast. At Palmira, the tribe got a nice camp set up quickly and nearly got fire. At Salazar, everyone was judging their tribemates on their previous games, not making any alliance moves. At the immunity challenge, one person had to endure the weight of being held by the strongest member. The strongest member had to push up the endurer, and pick them up high enough to collect a key to unlock them and puzzle pieces for the puzzle solver to solve. The puzzle solver will solve the puzzle, when it's perfect it'll open the box under it giving a key to unlock the sand chamber where the digger would dig for a part of the idol. The first place winner will get waterproof matches and flint, the 2nd place winner will get 3 waterproof matches and flint, and the 3rd place winner will get flint, and of course immunity. Cauca and Bogota got to an early lead, making Bogota win 1st, and Cauca win 2nd. Palmira had a lead, but lost it when Sierra took to long with the puzzle. Now Palmira and Salazar were evenly matched while digging, but Salazar got it by 2 seconds winning immunity. Then a disappointed Sierra picked up hers, and Jeff threw it into the ocean because they didn't need it anymore. Sierra blamed it on "Frosti" for taking too long to rise Julie to puzzle pieces, while "Frosti" blames Sierra for taking too long with the puzzle. Erik and Julie both knew Sierra was right, but knew "Frosti" may help them in challenges. At tribal they decided to think forward into the game voting out Sierra 3-1 with one vote for "Frosti".

Ep 2 Recap:
"Frosti" was very appreciative to still be there. At Cauca, Christy was still having a lot of trouble communicating and making friends. But Randy's bitterness annoyed his whole tribe. At Palmira, they felt comfortable with their decision to vote out Sierra. At Salazar, Shane was trying to lead which annoyed his tribemates. At the reward challenge, Bogota won reward, which was also immunity, and fishing equipment. They chose Katie to go to exile, but she didn't find it. Now only Cauca, Palmira, and Salazar will fight for immunity. Bogota celebrated their success and strength over the other tribes. At the immunity challenge, Palmira beat the other tribes by far. Cauca and Salazar were evenly matched. But Salazar won the challenge sending Cauca to their first tribal council. Christy was targeting Randy for his bitterness and morale killer. But Randy returned the favor by targeting Christy. Gary and Monica weren't sure who they should vote out. They weren't sure if alliances or morale meant more. At tribal, after a heated discussion between Christy and Randy, Christy was the 2nd person voted out of Survivor: Tulua 3-1 with 1 vote for Randy.

Ep 3 Recap:
Gary and Monica felt very confident with their tribe, and Randy became very arrogant. At Bogota, Clay's judgmental attitude left his tribe annoyed. But he targeted Corinne for being the weakest member of the tribe other than him. At Palmira, Julie felt a little like an outcast because she was the only female on the tribe, but was hoping that her alliance with Erik will help her eliminate "Frosti". Though Julie was stronger than Erik, "Frosti" targeted her because it's easier to convince Erik to vote Julie. At Salazar, Katie and Taj were aligned targeting Shane for his craziness and paranoia, while Shane and Rodger aligned targeted Katie for her laziness. At the reward challenge, the winner won a great feast rehabilitating them. Cauca won the reward and celebrating for the feast, they chose Julie to go to exile island. Nobody at Cauca spoke about alliances because they were too happy. At Palmira, they were morale was very low because they didn't win a reward. At Salazar, though they didn't win a reward, their camp was still great. At Bogota, Corinne tried to make an alliance to get out Clay. At exile, Julie found the idol very quickly. At the immunity challenge, Palmira got a big lead and won immunity, then Bogota won, the again it was between Cauca and Salazar, but Salazar won again sending Cauca to another tribal. Randy targeted Monica for being the only female and who he considered, the weakest link. But Monica asked Gary to vote out Randy because of his morale killing, and not so great challenge performance. But at tribal, Gary stuck with Monica voting out Randy 2-1.

Ep 4 Recap:
Gary and Monica felt kinda weary with being the only 2 people on their tribe. But they made a pact to never vote each other out. At Bogota, Corinne thought she convinced the whole tribe to vote off Clay. At Palmira, Erik wasn't sure if he should go with Julie or "Frosti". He decided to wait to when they have to make that decision. At Salazar, the boy and girl alliance still continued and thought a tie was okay. Gary and Monica, though they were friends, they were hoping for a tribal swap to get the numbers higher. But it wasn't, it was another reward. Palmira made a great win and beat everyone by a lot. They chose Monica to go to exile island. Gary would have to be alone at camp. Monica was a little exited because she may get an immunity idol, but because Julie had it, she couldn't find it. Gary felt very uncomfortable at camp alone, but was hoping that Monica would find the idol. At Palmira, Julie thought that she'd use her idol if she has to go the next tribal council. At the immunity challenge, Cauca took a big lead and won the first immunity. Then, Bogota won the other immunity. It was between Palmira and Salazar, but for once, Salazar didn't come in 3rd, they lost immunity. It was obviously gonna be a tie they all thought. But of course, Katie and Taj talked to Rodger, and Shane and Rodger spoke to Taj. But there was a 2-2 tie. After a re-vote, it was still 2-2. To break the tie, Katie and Shane competed in a fire-making challenge. Shane beat Katie sending her home 2-2.

Ep 5 Recap:
Taj felt very alone at camp. She knew that if her tribe went to another tribal council, it'll be her. At Bogota, Clay and Corinne's rivalry continued, that made Kelly and Terry feel very uncomfortable. At Cauca, Gary and Monica again were hoping for a tribal swap to get numbers and make it so it won't definitely be them if they lose immunity. At Palmira, Julie risked her game by showing Erik the hidden immunity idol which may make it to believe she'd lend it to him (when she wouldn't) and align with her over "Frosti". At Cauca, Gary and Monica were very excited when they read the tree-mail implying that it was a tribal swap. Jeff confirmed this at tribal swap. It was chosen by a schoolyard pick 'em where you had to pick somebody not on your tribe. He game everyone eggs (he did it Cook Islands style) and Kelly and Monica got the egg that got the paint in it. Kelly was on Cauca and Monica was on Salazar. This is how Cauca's pick 'em went, Kelly-"Frost"-Taj-Erik-Shane-Julie, and Salazar's was, Monica-Terry-Gary-Corinne-Rodger-Clay. Oddly enough, the lasting Palmira's "Frosti", Erik, and Julie were all on the same tribe and all aligned, and the surviving Cauca, Gary and Monica, were all on the Salazar tribe and aligned. At the immunity challenge, Cauca and Salazar were even throughout the whole challenge, but Cauca finished first and won immunity. Terry suggested that him, Clay, and Corinne align with Rodger and get out Gary for being a threat, but they declined and wanted each other gone. To make their tribe better Terry sided with Corinne, but it was only 4-2. But at tribal, they all went with Corinne also voting out Clay 5-1.

Ep 6 Recap:
At Cauca, Kelly, Shane, and Taj noticed how the three Palmira's still in the game were on their tribe, they wanted to force a tie and get them out. This alliance was unknown to Erik, "Frosti", and Julie, they thought they were with Kelly to get out the original Salazar's. At Salazar, Corinne and Terry aligned and Gary and Monica were aligned, making Rodger the swing vote. Rodger wasn't sure which alliance to join, but he felt that he'd be in a bad position in either alliance, so he'd only choose if he had to. In their next reward challenge, they had to answer a series of questions about previous seasons of Survivor and the first one to 10 wins reward which was a spice garden. Salazar won reward in a tight 10-9. Rodger noticed Monica's skill at cooking which gained her respect, but Gary ate most of it losing his respect. At Cauca, Erik, "Frosti", and Julie were noticing that they were being aligned against and Kelly wasn't with them. At the immunity challenge, they had to wrestle the competitors and drag them over a line. They were tied and Monica and Taj had to wrestle, surprisingly, Monica got her down and made Corinne grab and drag her winning Salazar immunity. To stay back into the game, Erik, "Frosti", and Julie had to find a new alliance. Kelly, Shane, and Taj were targeting "Frosti" for being a big threat. The Palmira's knew that Shane was never aligned with Taj and could possibly switch alliances. Kelly and Taj had their heart set on "Frosti. But at tribal council, with Shane standing at the voting spot for a long time decided to vote out his old enemy Taj 4-2.

Ep 7 Recap:
At Cauca, Kelly felt like a huge outcast on her tribe for being the only surviving member to vote for "Frosti". She tried to make and alliance with the Palmira's again but it wasn't good enough for Erik and Julie. At Salazar, Rodger was still unsure about which alliance to go with. They both had their pros and cons. Back at Salazar, to make herself seem useful, Kelly started the fire, and cooked the morning rice. Erik and Julie noticed that and how Shane was resting in the shelter, and they were second guessing themselves. Later that day, everyone was unsure what Shane was doing, it turned out to be a coconut bowling alley. Erik, Julie, and Kelly thought this was a waste of time making Shane lose more ground with his tribe. At Salazar, Terry decided to go fishing with Monica, he spoke about backstabbing Rodger and Corinne and go with him and Gary to advance longer in the game because they like them better and Corinne's a strategy threat. At their reward challenge, they saw 10 stone on the ground. Jeff told them that they were swapping again. Like in Marquesas, they will step on a stone, and whichever buff is under in will be their tribe. Erik went first and got Salazar, Gary got Cauca, Julie got Cauca, Rodger got Cauca, Corinne got Salazar, Shane got Salazar, Terry got Salazar, Monica got Cauca, "Frosti" got Cauca, and Kelly got Salazar. They had an immunity challenge immediately after. They had to go through an optical course all tied up. Salazar took a quick lead and won immunity. "Frosti" wanted to eliminate the original Cauca's because he said that they have connections with every tribe and could align with anybody at anytime. Everybody knew that they were threats, but didn't know if they should vote them out. He said to eliminate Gary because he's a bigger physical threat and Monica. But Gary and Monica said that "Frosti" had no real ally's and he's an obvious choice to go because he's also a threat. At tribal council they sided with the Cauca's voting out "Frosti" 4-1.

Ep 8 Recap:
Gary and Monica felt relieved that they were both in the jury spot. In the morning, to make her feel useful, Julie got up early, started the fire, caught fish, and make the scaled the fish, Monica cooked it. Julie made herself in a lot better position in the tribe. At Salazar, Kelly felt very vulnerable and desperate because throughout the whole game, nobody really aligned with her. She didn't know what to do, but wanted to confirm a Bogota alliance between her, Corinne, and Terry, but they both declined making her spot in the game worse. But they their wish came true, their tribes merged. They were very excited and new people met, and some old friends were seen. Immediately Gary wanted to get down to business, what should they name their tribe. Monica considered that they combine Cauca and Salazar, but nobody thought of a good mix. But Corinne knew of a Colombian drink coming from Tulua called a Morcilla. And that seemed liked around the tribe, so that's what they decided to name it. Coming back, nobody wanted to strategize, but they knew that they had to. Shane, knew that Gary and Monica were huge threats because they had relationships with everyone that they were with ever in this game. They decided to target Gary because he was the biggest threat. Terry thought Corinne and Rodger were threats but didn't know what to do about so he just went the flow. At the immunity challenge, Gary won immunity saving him being voted out. Now Shane told everyone to change their plans. He wanted them to vote out Monica. But Monica wouldn't go without a fight. She Rodger liked her and Kelly was desperate, but that was only 4-6. She needed one of the 6 people. The only people she'd be able to convince was her old friend Terry. She said that she'd vote out Corinne, then vote out Rodger if he votes for Shane over her. She convinced him well when Shane was voted out 5-4 becoming the 1st jury member.

Ep 9 Recap:
Corinne, Erik, and Julie were absolutely blindsided that Terry backstabbed them. Monica was still deciding what to do with Terry, go with him, or go back with Corinne. He wanted to get Gary's help, but he did nothing. Rodger and Kelly decided to make an alliance. She accepted because they weren't sure if they should get Terry in so they can outnumber the Cauca's at the final 5. Corinne felt extremely vulnerable because she had a feeling that Erik and Julie will align because they're Palmira's. At the reward challenge, you had to hit the closest to a bulls-eye wins reward. Kelly won the reward and chose Rodger and Terry to go with her on the feast and speak about eventually aligning with him and voting out Cauca's. She sent Monica to exile island. Monica knew that somebody who previously went to exile had it. She realized that the only people that went here that are still in the game are Julie and Erik. She knew she had to confront because they're aligned and probably know about it. When she confronted them, they immediately denied. Monica loosely said that she'd vote for Terry is they told her. They told her and showed it to her. She wasn't sure if she should brake Erik and Julie's alliance, or Terry's alliance. Gary said that he'd follow her through her decision, but she insisted he'd help. At the immunity challenge which was a quiz, Julie won immunity saving her from the vote. Kelly and Rodger was with Terry because they had no idea about a question over Corinne. Terry thought for sure it would be Corinne who he wanted gone last time. Corinne, Erik, and Julie were definitely voting for Terry, it was gonna be decided between Gary and Monica. They went with the team with the idol voting out Terry 5-3 making him the 2nd member of the jury.

Ep 10 Recap:
Kelly and Rodger were absolutely shocked to see that it was Terry who left. Monica felt very screwed in her game and had a feeling that she wouldn't win. She had to really start strategizing. But she knew to possibly win, she'd have to stick with Gary. Kelly and Rodger were very mad that Monica had Gary wrapped around her finger. This really made her a threat. At the reward challenge, the winner of the challenge won a bath. They had to compete to dig themselves under a wall into the chamber which has tied up wood. They will have to put the wood up in ladder spokes to get over the chamber. When they're done, there will be a key to a box, in the box is a puzzle. The first one to correctly put the puzzle together wins reward. Erik and Monica were even throughout the whole game. But Erik finished the puzzle first winning him reward, a twist said he also won immunity! He was very happy, but another person would also win immunity. He chose Gary to go to exile island because he knew that Julie had it and he was just the first person he saw. Back at camp, everybody was awaiting to see Erik nice and clean. When they did, they were just more jealous. Rodger and Kelly had to chose between Gary or Monica, Gary was a more physical threat but Monica was a strategic threat. They decided that Monica was more threatening and targeted her, but at the immunity challenge which was an obstacle course which she won saving her from any vote. Now they were forced to vote for Gary. They talked to Gary and Julie with making a final 4 alliance, against Corinne who was sticking with the Cauca's. At tribal, they stuck with their ally's voting out Kelly, who was more threatening than Rodger, 5-2 making her the 3rd jury member.

Ep 11 Recap:
Rodger felt in the outs and had a feeling that he'd be the next to go. But Corinne, Gary, and Monica didn't feel very comfortable being with the 2 Palmira's. So they approached Rodger about making an alliance. Rodger wasn't very sure if he should do it. Corinne helping at camp was gaining her a lot of respect giving her a bigger spot in the tribe. At the reward challenge, it was a Survivor Auction! The biggest thing there was a clue to another hidden immunity idol on camp. Rodger got the clue. He also had to send somebody to exile island, he chose Corinne. Rodger was very unsure about where it was and just gave up. Rodger was unsure what to do. He didn't trust Gary and Monica, he didn't trust Erik and Julie, the only person he trusted was Corinne who he offered an alliance with. Corinne said she's go with him and chose which alliance to go with. At the immunity challenge, Julie won the challenge. Erik had a feeling that he was going home, and Gary and Monica felt completely sure that they were in the final 5. Corinne and Rodger had to chose between going with the Palmira's and voting out Gary, going with the Cauca's and voting out Erik, or making their own 2 votes for Monica and force a 3-way tie. They were in control of the game. Julie and Erik did less around camp, but Gary and Monica were bigger threats in the end. At tribal council, they wanted the threats gone voting out Gary 4-2 making him the 4th jury member.

Ep 12 Recap:
Monica felt very desperate and on the outs without Gary. She was very desperate, and had to make an alliance fast. She approached Corinne and Rodger and said how if they get out a Palmira now, then it'll all different original tribes in the final 4. Corinne and Rodger said that they'd think about it. They knew it made sense, but it could lose them all jury votes which will not make them win. Julie and Erik were very weary about aligning with Corinne and Rodger because they seemed to be swapping alliances. They were thinking that if they aligned with Monica, Julie, Erik, and Monica will be in the final 3, and the Palmira's will most likely be in the final 2. Monica wasn't very sure if that was a good idea either. At the reward challenge, Rodger won the reward challenge which was a drive-in movie with an feast in his new Cadillac. He chose Corinne and Monica to accompany him to his movie. He chose Erik to go to exile island. They really made the best of the feast and Monica said more about the alliance. At the immunity challenge, Erik won immunity, so now Monica wanted her alliance to vote for Erik. Corinne and Rodger were still unsure about which alliance to chose. But they didn't know that Monica was possibly swapping and voting out Rodger like the Palmira's wanted. At tribal council, Corinne, Monica, and Rodger voted for Julie, and Julie and Erik voted for Rodger which would normally vote out Julie. But Julie used her hidden immunity idol in the last possible tribal council she could sending Rodger home 2-0 making him the 5th jury member, just like in Australian Outback.

Ep 13 Recap:
Corinne and Monica were still in shock about what happened. They were absolutely blindsided by the vote. Now the alliances were at crossroads in the final 4. Erik decided to forget about working at camp and to laze around for the last 2 days. He tried to make Corinne, Julie and Monica do it also. That made Julie very annoyed and it was Corinne and Monica's chance to make an alliance. Julie actually considered it but never confirmed if she will or not. At the immunity challenge, they had to walk around blindfolded and using their hands on a board to follow arrows to get to keys, then when you get all 4 keys, you open 4 boxes and finish a puzzle. Erik and Monica were very close throughout the challenge, but due to a split second drop of a block, Monica lost immunity to Erik. Now Corinne and Monica were screwed and knew there will be a tie. But of course to return the favor, Erik and Julie offered Monica an alliance to get out Corinne because she was a jury threat. But at tribal, as suspected, there was a tie between Julie and Corinne. Corinne won a fire-making challenge sending Julie home. Erik felt like an outcast in the final 3 and knew he had to win the next immunity to make it to the finals. But he didn't know that Corinne and Monica were playing the game to win, and they may take him. Corinne, Erik, and Monica had to pass everybody's torch who was snuffed by Jeff. At the final immunity challenge, you had to answer questions about the 6 jury members. Monica won the challenge making her in her in the final 2. Back at camp, Monica knew Erik wasn't a jury vote threat because everyone thinks he was a coat-tail rider, while Corinne is a bigger threat because, unlike in Gabon, Corinne wasn't the mastermind, Monica was. She had to choose between her friend or the easy way. At tribal, she decided to play to win and blindsided Corinne leaving a surprised Erik in the final 2. Erik and Monica promised to make clean fight and not to throw anybody under the bus. At the final tribal council, Terry and Corinne were bashing Monica for voting them out though they were aligned, as well as yelling at Erik for riding Julie's coattails and not making decisions of his own. Shane just asked them what they'd do with the money. Kelly stated how she had a different approach on Erik's game and didn't think he was a coattail rider, but a smart strategic player. Gary didn't say much because everybody knew he was voting for Monica. Julie did the same thing but with Erik. So that confirmed 2 definite votes for Erik and 1 definite vote for Monica. At the reunion, the unknown votes, Shane, Terry, Rodger, and Corinne all voted for Monica making her the sole survivor.
