Best moments:
  • Breaking open a crate of supplies in five seconds flat (using his knowledge of physics) after brawnier tribemates couldn't get it open.
  • Beating Stacy at Kung Fu Cannibals (and being the only Ravu member to beat a member of Moto at that challenge)
  • Beating Edguardo at the Hot La Cross Buns Reward Challenge (and being the only Moto member to beat Ravu at this challenge)
  • Finding the HII and planting a fake one.
  • Being a cute old man :)
  • Sounding like a German cartoon scientist :)
  • Dominating the blowgun, spear, and arrow immunity challenge for Moto.
  • Winning the 1st individual immunity challenge
  • Using the HII at the right moment.

Yau Man - SurvivorWorst moments:

- When he was digging for the Immunity idol on episode 5 but maybe he locates it on episode 7.
  • - Whenever he trusted Dreamz.
  • - Any time he stuck his tongue out.

Trait that will help him the most: His brain! Yau is well-educated and incredibly intelligent.
He is also a provider and keeps a low profile if he can keep this up the strong players will be the ones voted off
"AKA Alpha Males "

Trait that will hurt him the most:

- His slight frame. Although he's proved himself to be athletic, he's not as muscular as some of the Ravu men. And he's OLD.
- Being the Super Turbo favorite of everything, anyone likes him, even Dreamz and Cas, and that's exactly why they want to vote him off!

Former contestant he is most like, and why:

- Like Rupert. They are like two sides of the same coin, Rupert was strong physically, weak strategically, while Yau is strong srtat, weak phys, yet they are both fan favorites :)

In high school he would have been voted:
(most likely to ______, homecoming queen, math club, marching band, honor society....)
Honor society, valedictorian

Piece of advice you want to give him:

Try and get the HII from Earl!!!

What he needs to know that he doesn't know :

Nothing, Yau knows everything, and that's not a good thing ):

Biggest surprise when he gets home and watches the show will be...
How many fans of SURVIVOR were wanting him to win the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
That he will go to Survivor: All-Stars 2 (Well, if he doesn't win, which I hope he will)

Yau

You were my favorite and indeed the best survivor fiji contestant! A genuine person, the exact opposite of Dreamz!
It's funny how initially you feared being voted off because you were the oldest and thought that you were the weakest in the tribe. Then later on, others thought of voting you off because you were "surprisingly" physically strong (for a person with your built and age) and had skills the others (especially, those testosterone-filled guys) couldn't match! That was so amazing! Three cheers! :)
Trusting Dreamz to be a man of honor brought on your demise. You should have trusted your instinct more, and tried winning that last immunity challenge.
It's sad that at the last opportunity, Earl. the person whom you trusted a 100%, backstabbed you as well...even if you later learned that he did it because he knows he would have lost to you. :( He initially promised to bring you to the top 2, but used Dreamz's action to his advantage (a smart but not nice move). Next time, you know better than to trust a person, even if he/she is your bestfriend, when it comes to money matters. Greed always defeats fairness and integrity. :(
Kudos for playing the game with skill, wit, and most of all, integrity! A very admirable person...one whom any friend and family can be proud of!
I wish the producers gave you a special prize/reward for being the best player (a fact that most , if not all, of the other contestants agree to). Also, I wish that you will be part of Survivor All-Stars...along with Michelle!
Good luck! Good things come to good people. You'll get your reward in another way, at another time! :)

MissTee Yau-Man is the winner in my opinion 0 May 15 2007, 5:53 PM EDT by MissTee

Who played this game be best to outwit, outplay, and outlast? Yau Man did. He deserved to win, and CBS should have come through with a fan-favorite prize for such a fabulous run!
Despite his slight build and age, Yau man played the game using his head and surprising feats of athleticism when called for. I pulled for Yau Man all the way through, just because he seemed like a genuine guy -- he was smart enough to weigh the scenarios and progress along, but just nerdy enough to do a celebration dance when he found the HII. I admired his positive attitude and the fact that he was always smiling. Yau is worth a million even if he didn't win.
