You were my favorite and indeed the best survivor fiji contestant! A genuine person, the exact opposite of Dreamz!
It's funny how initially you feared being voted off because you were the oldest and thought that you were the weakest in the tribe. Then later on, others thought of voting you off because you were "surprisingly" physically strong (for a person with your built and age) and had skills the others (especially, those testosterone-filled guys) couldn't match! That was so amazing! Three cheers! :) Trusting Dreamz to be a man of honor brought on your demise. You should have trusted your instinct more, and tried winning that last immunity challenge. It's sad that at the last opportunity, Earl. the person whom you trusted a 100%, backstabbed you as well...even if you later learned that he did it because he knows he would have lost to you. :( He initially promised to bring you to the top 2, but used Dreamz's action to his advantage (a smart but not nice move). Next time, you know better than to trust a person, even if he/she is your bestfriend, when it comes to money matters. Greed always defeats fairness and integrity. :( Kudos for playing the game with skill, wit, and most of all, integrity! A very admirable person...one whom any friend and family can be proud of! I wish the producers gave you a special prize/reward for being the best player (a fact that most , if not all, of the other contestants agree to). Also, I wish that you will be part of Survivor All-Stars...along with Michelle! Good luck! Good things come to good people. You'll get your reward in another way, at another time! :) |

Who played this game be best to outwit, outplay, and outlast? Yau Man did. He deserved to win, and CBS should have come through with a fan-favorite prize for such a fabulous run!
Despite his slight build and age, Yau man played the game using his head and surprising feats of athleticism when called for. I pulled for Yau Man all the way through, just because he seemed like a genuine guy -- he was smart enough to weigh the scenarios and progress along, but just nerdy enough to do a celebration dance when he found the HII. I admired his positive attitude and the fact that he was always smiling. Yau is worth a million even if he didn't win. |

I have watched evey single episode of Survivor - and it is still my favourite show on tv, but I am really disappointed Yau Man did not win the million thanks to a loser and cheat like Dreamz who didn't have a chance of winning the million after the way he "played the game".
I was really diappointed CBS didn't come up with a million dollars for Yau Man like they did for one other contestant who was equaly as popular. Or at least another chance like Stephanie had. Yau Man really deserved it. He was the "old" man, who managed to stay in the game even though he wasn't physically strong and he helped everyone. It says a lot that he got that far! |

Not only thay you have played the game with class, integrity, intellectual, you and you alone have made Survivor Fiji the most interesting season EVER in Survivor history. You, will forever be remembered as THE SURVIVOR.
Dreamz, as you said, will have to live with that low life decision of his and will forever be remembered as a liar, cheater and thief to his Son and most importantly, to God. Earl, I don't dislike him but I disrespect him for not having the courage to win it fair and square with you by keeping you to the end. After all, he will never be remembered as a Sole Survivor. May your life continue to be fruitful and succesful. I truly hope you will win it all in Survivor All Star II. |

Thank you for playing the game so well and maintaining your integrity throughout. You have gained the admiration and respect of thousands. Your children must be beaming with pride right now.
God Bless you and may you continue to approach life with the same positive gusto you displayed in the game.

I'm so impressed by your overall attitude, ethics, morals and the fact you have integrity. That's lacking in society and you are a role model! Maybe it's a result of your martial arts training.
I think Dreamz could have learned a lot from you - it's too back he F'd up. He should have kept his word or given you the keys to the vehicle! I was disappointed that you were not rewarded on the reunion! CBS could have given you another vehicle or something! They did something for Rupert - why not you? God bless and take care. |

WHAT A CLASS ACT. UNFORTUNATLEY HE THOUGHT THAT A HOMELESS AFRICAN AMERICAN COULD BE TRUSTED WITH SWEARING HIS HAND TO GOD AND HIS OWN SON. I WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE - NOR WILL MY CHILDREN.

It would be great if Yau Man wins the title of sole survivor. He has become one of my favorites. The fake immunity idol scene was classic. It was a good move to allign with Earl, that could hopefully take him to the finals.

If those "youngsters" on the island had any common sense, they would look to Yau-man as a source of wisdom and of insight. Seems he is the only one that uses his inner strength as well as his intellegence to put him ahead of all the other players. I am rooting for Yau-man to take it all

Yeah, really my favorite, maybe of all time, as of now, Episode 8, has lasted long enough that he is able to demonstrate his mental dominance.
The arrow competition was a shining moment. He manages to simultaneously win, and hypnotized his opponents into not emulating his, clearly game-winning tactics. Had them beat at the gate! May also be the most joyful contestant as well. "Sledgehammers to the Streets! You Destroyed this Week!" -Black Flag |

I love Yau Man - he is my favorite survivor this season. He always has a ready smile, even through all those hard days starving and sleeping out in the open elements on Ravu. (Rocky should take a hint..). His work ethic and knowledge of survival has taken him far in this game and I'm sure it will take him much further. He's living proof that being skinny and a nerd cannot hold you back if you won't let it, and personality does count. Go Yau Man - find that idol and keep smiling! I'm rooting for you all the way!! :)
