Big Mistake

I believe you would have been an asset to the team..Yes you needed an attitude adjustment..but You were by far more valuable than some of the others..as now they must relize having to kick off a few more weak links..Your ideas were good..I think if I had my choice of people to be on my team You would have been one of them..Sorry to see you go....
